Our license with Stata requires that the software be running on a computer that is on campus, thus use on off campus devices over VPN is not permitted.

A personal license can be purchased for use off campus if needed. More information can be found on the UNT RSS Stata webpage.

To install on:

• CAS ITS-supported Dell PCs: Install via Software Center

• CAS ITS-supported Apple Macs: Install via Self Service

Streaming

Stata is also available for use via Desktop Streaming
