Installation
To install on:
- CAS ITS-supported Dell PCs: Install via Software Center.
- CAS ITS-supported Apple Macs: install via the Self Service app.
- Faculty and Staff personal laptop or home computer: visit License Portal to request a code and download the software.
- Student personal laptop or home computer: request access to and use Desktop Streaming, visit License Portal to request a code, or purchase student license (currently $35 for six months).
Off-Campus Use
When using SPSS on a CAS-supported computer or laptop (either Dell PC or Apple Mac) from off-campus or on the UNT wireless network, the computer using SPSS must connect to the UNT VPN prior to opening SPSS for use.
For users who need SPSS to work without connecting to the campus network, follow the directions above for requesting SPSS for a faculty/staff personal laptop or home computer.
