CAS ITS employees work flexible hours and get in-depth experience helping CLASS, CoS, and SoJ advance education and research by doing the following well:
- Manage email, calendar, shared resources, voicemail, and IM for 1,745 employees.
- Get, deploy, and manage 2,961 Apple Mac and Dell PC computers in 19 primary buildings.
- Manage network printing and permissions for 243 networked printers and copiers.
- Maintain technology in 79 computers lab rooms.
- Design, deploy, and maintain 123 web sites and related social media channels
- Managing licensing, deployment, and licensing of 212 software titles.
- Deploy and manage 95 Apple Mac, GNU Linux, and Microsoft Windows servers
- Help 13,677 students with information technology.
