Titanium Schedule is an electronic medical records (EMR) system designed specifically for university and college counseling centers.

This software is owned by the Psychology Department and requires credentials issued by the Psychology Department. Please contact the Psychology Clinic for assistance with your credentials or gaining access to this software.

The Titanium server hosted by CAS is setup in Multi-department Mode, and is shared with the Counseling and Higher Education department in the College of Education.

Database Connectivitiy Error

• Error Message
  • A connection to the database could not be established. Login failed for user 'UNT\euid0123'.
• Cause
  • The account that is logged into the computer does not have permission to access the Titanium Schedule database.
• Resolution
  • Ensure you are logged in with your EUID.
  • If you get the error while logged in with your EUID, talk with the Psychology Clinic Administrative Staff to get access to Titanium Schedule.

VPN will only work for Titanium if the machine is also bound to UNT AD (i.e. personal computers can't just do VPN for it to work)
