TestGen is a web browser plug-in from Pearson Education used in conjunction with some of their online course content sites. The browser plugin must be enabled by the user when prompted.

TestGen is currently available in the CAS Student Computer Labs.

Installation

To install on:

• CAS ITS-supported Dell PCs and Apple Macs: Submit request to get available software installed.

• Faculty and Staff personal laptops and home computers: visit the Pearson Education Support website
  1. Select the website for your Pearson product from the pull-down list of Pearson websites
  2. check for browser requirements or look for a link for "browser check" or "browser tuneup" to see what plugins are required
  3. find the listing for TestGen and click on the "check version" or "get it" link
