Google Chrome is a browser that combines a minimal design with sophisticated technology to make the web faster, safer, and easier.

The program is currently available to CAS faculty and staff, and should be available for student use in supported labs.

Installation

To install on:

• CAS ITS-supported Dell PCs: Install via Software Center

• CAS ITS-supported Apple Macs: install via the Self Service app.

• Faculty and Staff personal laptop or home computer: download and install from https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/

• Student-owned laptop or home computer: download and install from https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/

Licensing

The Terms of Service apply to the executable code version of Google Chrome. Source code for Google Chrome is available free of charge under open source software license agreements at http://code.google.com/chromium/terms.html.
