Use this form to request a new network-capable Copier to be added to the CAS IT Services Print server so that it can be shared over the network with collegues.

Pre-requisites for this request:

• You have already contacted CASITS to ensure your Copier is compatible with our infrastructure and been given to OK to proceed.
• Printer should be at least minimally set up. (Able to power on and print a self-summary page).
• Ethernet cable to plug printer into UNT Wired network.
• Available and activated Ethernet wall-plug for the cable mentioned above.
