CI Network Printers have been moved to a CAS print server and their names have been changed. Please see the table below for new printer names.

Access to each printer is managed by a group. If you lose access to a network printer that you need, please submit a Printer Permissions Change Request (be sure to use the new printer names from the table below).

CAS network printer names can typically be broken down into 3 sections that tell you a little about each printer:

• <building><room number><description>
  • Building and room number: where the printer is located
  • Description types:
    • lp: "Laser Printer"
    • lpc: "Laser Printer Color"
    • lj: "[HP] Laser Jet"
    • ljc: "[HP] Laser Jet Color"
    • xrx: "Xerox"

If a printer is missing from this list, no longer exists, or the building/room information is incorrect, please let us know.
