Reserve a Lab

CAS schedules reservations requested by UNT faculty and staff for course instruction, placement exams, new student registration and recruitment, as well as staff and student training and development.

Reservations are scheduled on a "first come, first served" basis, with priority given to semester-long classes and student instruction.

Please note: All reservation requests need to be submitted at least three (3) business days in advance. This helps ensure your request will be seen and responded to before the requested date and time of your reservation.

Late arrivals and no-shows: If a class is more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled reservation without providing us any notice, we will cancel the reservation and open the lab for regular student use. Classes that no-show for a scheduled reservation, without notifying the lab in advance, may lose their reservation scheduling privileges.
