Submit this form once for each course section that needs a folder on Promax. 1 Start 2 Complete EUID * The EUID of the professor that is teaching this class and will be using this class folder on Promax. Contact E-mail * We'll use this address to contact you about your Promax class. Semester * Select the semester for which this class is taught. Spring 2024 Fall 2024 Course Number * Enter the MRTS course number (4 digit number) for this class. Example: 1010MRTS Course Section * Course Section (3 digit number, usually starting with 0's). Example: 002 Storage amount needed * Estimate the amount of space this class will need on Promax, in GigaBytes. Example: 500 = 500GBGB Does data need to be copied from a previous class? * Is there data from a previous class that needs to be copied to this new class folder? Yes No Course number and section to copy data from Course number and section (i.e. name of the previous classes' folder) that data needs to be copied from.
