Above the door on the right end: the crossed hammers of the miners, of a unique design, distinct from the classic motif adopted across Europe. In German, the crossed hammers are called "Eisen und Schlägel." In Hungarian "crossed hammers" is literally translated "keresztbe tett kalapácsok" – but the correct Hungarian term for this symbol, as is the shape of two "hammers" is simply "kalapács és ék" (literally "hammer and wedge") or, more precisely, "bányászkalapács és -ék" (miners' hammer and edge).
