Previous | Home | NextThe streets had different names at the time of Turgot from today's, but the old name for the main cross street (to the right of the Hotel, vertical; running east-west) which was named Neuve Ste. Catherine, changed one block west (down) to the present name, Rue des Francs-Bourgeois. Note the courtyards in Hotel Carnavalet (see next photo).
