Continuing past the Schlick estate, along the Hradište road, one finds the Rovnost Mine. This sign emphasizes the concentration camp aspects of the mine during the post World War II era. "Tábor Rovnost" = "[Concentration] Camp Rovost." Rovnost Mine is also known as "Werner's Mine" and was important in the production of radium after its discovery in 1898.
