Directions:

Driving southeast on 274, turn left on "Resarö Island" (N59 25.03 E18 18.09) [Intersection "1"]; continue northeast 2 km on Långrevsvägen and turn right on Ytterbyvägen [Intersection "2"]; continue on 1 km eastward on Ytterbyvägen to the Ytterby Mine, which is on the left, marked with a sign but partially obscured by woodland. A 4.0-km side trip is the Vaxholm Fortress Museum (Vaxholm Fästnings Museum), which has interesting historical exhibits, including a modest one on the Ytterby Mine. This museum must be reached by taking a boat across 140 m of ocean.
