CAS Information Technology Services (CAS ITS) supports software installation/maintenance and the Microcomputer Maintenance Shop (MMS) repairs Dell/Apple computer hardware. If you run into problems, we recommend you contact CAS ITS first. We can resolve problems over the phone and, failing that, refer you to MMS.
