Use this form to request a permissions change to a network printer or copier that is managed by CASITS.

Note that the only two people who can make this type of request are:

• The manager/original owner of the printer's security group
• The department chair

Your request will be reviewed by a CAS IT Services employee and, if approved, will be carried out as requested.
