Once you have everything you want, go to your cart via the cart symbol at the top of the page .

Creating an eQuote

The next step is to create an "eQuote" for your purchasing agent in your department to use to create a Purchase Order.

Follow the process via the  button on the right side of the page , entering in the information as needed as only the fields marked by a RED STAR (*) are required.

Billing Information

The next page asks for your contact information and billing address. For billing address, click the "Address Book" link and select the only listed option for SUMMUS and UNT ACCT PAYABLE.

Shipping Information

Once you hit continue, you are on the final page before saving your eQuote you will need to input your shipping information. The first time you fill this form use the the "Enter a New Address" link, entering your department's mailing address, not your physical location,  Once you've done this once, it will be in the "Address Book" link on this page only (not the billing address book) next time. Printing your eQuote

Once you reach the page that says your eQuote has been saved, you need to print it. Click the "Print" button to the right side of the page. This will make a printable page, which then has yet another "Print" button at the top of the page that you can press to bring up your print menu. Then, change your "Destination" or "Printer" (depending on browser, etc.) and select "Save as a pdf" or the "Adobe PDF" printer to create the PDF that you send to your purchasing agent or attach to your PO if you are the purchaser.

Non-Standard Requests

If the above devices do not meet your needs, you will have to fill out an exception form unless you qualify for an authorized variance request

Either way, email CAS ITS either the exception form or your reasoning for the authorized variance. Please include the following items in this email:

  • Quote or direct link to the product you want to purchase
  • Technical reason why the standard configurations do not meet your needs. Including software or hardware requirements will assist this.
