REDCap is a secure web application for building and managing online surveys and databases. While REDCap can be used to collect virtually any type of data (including 21 CFR Part 11, FISMA, HIPAA, and GDPR-compliant environments), it is specifically geared to support online or offline data capture for research studies and operations. 

We prefer this to be used for research or secure collection only. If you need a generic survey tool, please use MS Forms or Qualtrics instead.

The CAS hosted instance of REDCap has moved. It is now hosted by UNT System IT at https://redcap.untsystem.edu/.
